Golf Chervò San Vigilio Resort
Is situated on the hills surrounding Lake Garda, between Sirmione and Pozzolengo,
, on the grounds of the Chervò Golf San Vigilio Resort, there is a 27-hole championship
course divided in 3 courses, plus a 9 hole Executive course . The golf course
is one of the exclusive around lake Garda and was created by the German architect
Kurt Rossknecht who respected and optimised the natural countryside and the historical
San Vigilio Abbey. The course offers a challenging experience for golf experts
but also a lot of fun for beginners and has a driving range with covered or uncovered
positions , ideal for clinics and groups.
The ground floor lobby includes a large reception area and an exclusive restaurant
with typical Italian specialities, opened all day, every day. It’s an ideal location
for having banquets or weddings in our dining rooms our for private dining in
the Wine tasting room.
The Club house has a Conference room for up to 250 people , with the possibility
of organizing daily work- shops and other meetings.

innovative technology.
Located around the 12 century old Abbey of San Vigilio, the hotel will be opened
in September 2009 and reflects its elegance and classical simplicity. The luxurious
atmosphere and refined interiors were created by the architect Mara Paterlini.
4 types of rooms, some also with a fireplace, can be chosen as a Comfort, Superior,
Junior or Suite and they are all in a different style and with various furniture
in order to make the stay in the Chervò Golf Hotel San Vigilio a memorable one.
The guests of the hotel will also have the possibility of using the Wellness
& Spa, saunas, Jacuzzi, beauty and massage centre.
To complete the structure of the Apartments the wellness & SPA center will
be finished in 2010.

Water sports - Abandon yourself in the fresh waters of Garda
Those who love the clear, fresh waters of Lake Garda will also adore the water
sports available. The facilities available ensure that there is support from professional
teachers to suitable equipment for all levels of ability whether practicing windsurfing,
sailing, diving, canoeing, fishing, rafting, kite surfing or any of the numerous
others. There are an abundance of places from where equipment can be rented and
teachers or courses can be booked. Although we recommend the Lanaplanet School, which can be found in Sirmione, there are a great many similar schools that
are dotted along the shores of the lake.
Mountain biking and Trekking – splendid areas to admire
For those who enjoy bike riding or trekking the possibilities are infinite and
cover a wide range of landscapes from the flatland and lakes, to the hills for
those who are more experienced.
Between the main itineraries there are 3 runs which can be downloaded from the
website of the Comune di Desenzano del Garda. These runs cross the beautiful capital city of lake Garda and run
between Desenzano and Lonato or Desenzano and Pozzolengo, and allow for visits
to the stunning Moreniche hills and the many other numerous cultural attractions
that one will find during their journey.
