Tradition, goodness, reliability
The oil from Lake Garda is famous and appreciated throughout the world; it is
the fruit of a tradition regarding the cultivation of the vines and the extraction
of the oil, which goes back for centuries.
It is a greatly valued oil, light and fruity, rich in chlorophyll, savory and
smooth. The Extra Vergine di Oliva Garda DOP oil is subject to regular controls
by a commission of experts from a branch of the Ministero per le Politiche Agricole
that collects samples from each company and puts them under a rigorous analysis
to ensure their quality.

The raising of the pigs and the production of salami in the pozzlenghese territory is a custom that lies deep in the roots of the ancient lifestyle of the peasantry. This niche product gives value to this land which slowly but surely is becoming more and more famous. The salami also has been awarded the DOC mark.
