The Consorzio Riviera del Garda and Colline Moreniche comprise of the area between the southern shores of Lake Garda, where you can find Sirmione and Desenzano del Garda, and the large moraine valley, which extends from the hills to the south of Lake Garda and includes Lonato del Garda, Pozzolengo and many historic villages that make up part of this region.

The closeness of the basin of the lake has contributed to creating a particularly mild microclimate in this area, promoting the growth of vegetation and providing the area with great naturalistic value.
